About Us
Solstice™ Bars grew out of a small Mom & Pop lunch café in Corvallis, Oregon. Looking to share their discovery of a truly delicious and nutritious bar, Stephanie and Reiner Bohlen began marketing their bars nationwide with the help of Reiner’s sister Whitney Dineen.
One year later, the Solstice™ Goji Bar with Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter is available coast-to-coast and border-to-border at select Natural Food stores, Food Co-Ops, Health Clubs, and Cafes.
Solstice Bakery is still a small family-owned business, making all of their bars by hand in their delightful downtown Corvallis bakery.
